Return Policy



Thank you for becoming a Polar Ambassador!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged.  Please package appropriately to protect the merchandise during return shipping.  You must include the order number and packing slip with the returned item.  Click here for a form to include with your return: Polar Ambassadors Return Form.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Your payment may take a few days to post, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another style, size or color, please indicate your preference on the return form.  Refer to our website for current options for colors, styles, and sizes.  Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.  If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your request, we will email you with a list of available choices.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Mail products to:
